Lyaness (formally known as Dandelyan) at Sea Containers London is the brand new concept from Ryan Chetiyawardana, A.K.A. My Lyan, and the team behind White Lyan, Super Lyan, and Cub and will officially open to the public in Spring.

It’s a bar that works like a kitchen. Other bars centre their drinks around cocktails; we will centre Lyaness around ingredients that are used to make special versions of classic cocktails, or to create a bespoke cocktail.

Our team, the menu and the ethos have always been focused on making unusual and exciting offerings accessible as well as bringing a sense of fun to proceedings!
