Scheduler /Planner - Dublin



Highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler . As the Scheduler  you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the scheduling of resources, tasks, and projects to ensure efficient and timely completion. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Requirements 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand resource requirements and constraints.
  • Continuously monitor and update schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Work closely with project managers to develop detailed project schedules that align with overall business objectives.
  • Identify dependencies, critical paths, and potential bottlenecks in project schedules.
  • Communicate project timelines and milestones to relevant stakeholder
  • Act as a central point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
  • Leverage scheduling software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in resource planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in scheduling technology to recommend improvements.
  • Generate regular reports on resource utilization, project progress, and schedule adherence.
  • Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance scheduling processes.
  • Lead a team of schedulers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities 
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools Primevera 6
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
