CSA- Quantity Surveyor - DublinThe Life Science and Tech division is looking for CSA Quantity Surveyor's to join the team. The team are looking for an CSA Quantity Surveyor with at least six to eight years experience.

Responsiblies:- Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.
- Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document control
- Liaise with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement
- Manage & oversee AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issues
Requirements :- Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects
- Experience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
- A relevant 3rd level qualification
- Experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
