CSA Package Manager -UK


The CSA Package Manager is responsible for overseeing the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a construction project. This role involves ensuring that all CSA works are completed according to project requirements, standards, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed plans and schedules for CSA works.
  • Coordinate with other project managers and departments to integrate CSA work with the overall project.
  • Ensure that CSA designs are aligned with the project scope and objectives
  • Oversee the design process for CSA systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve CSA designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for CSA components.
  • Manage the procurement process for CSA materials and equipment.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with CSA service providers
  • Ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and meet performance standards.
  • Address any deficiencies or issues identified during the testing phase.
  • Develop and manage the budget for CSA works.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure that CSA works stay within budget.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and manage financial risks
  • Ensure that all CSA works comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures for CSA works.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are taken.
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree typically  in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • excellent Project Management experience ideally qualified to a recognised methodology
  • Be able to demonstrate that they have worked in a similar capacity on successful projects of a similar size and complexity
