M&E Commissioning Manager - Limerick

Working on Irelands largest and most innovative projects, Sisk are leaders in groundbreaking strategies, client delivery and innovative project management. 
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M&E Commissioning Manager for our Bon Secours project in Limerick, where you will be working closely with the M&E Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have previous hospital experience.



You will be:
  • Supporting the delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan and objectives
  • Supporting the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required Project
  • Ensuring the Temporary Electrical requirements for their projects, including load and energy assessments are in line with the Management System Guidelines.
  • Taking responsibility for MEP Integration and Project delivery as part of the overall project team
  • Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
  • Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
  • Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.
  • Ensuring the finalisation of Building Services Installation and Commissioning programmes are aligned and integrated with the main Construction Programme


You will have:
  • 10+ years work experience in managing large scale and complex MEP related Projects. (Ideally Hospital and Commercial) 
  • An understanding of the MEP supply chain market and dynamics in which the company operates.
  • Professional Competence through operational involvement in all phases of large-scale complex projects from Estimating, Pre- Construction, installation, commissioning, demonstration, and handover.
  • An understanding of H&S policies and live energy practices and have positive safety values and behaviours.
  • The drive for importance of implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plans
