Senior Creative Designer
We are looking for a Creative Lead responsible for driving all design aspects of the Marketing and CX strategy for a global asset wealth management firm. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the value of design to business through creative storytelling and collaboration, from strategy to high quality execution. This role requires a creative design thinker with strong print and digital background, and meticulous attention to detail, who can deliver visually and editorially compelling assets for a high-level audience. We want to grow the career of a passionate designer, with experience translating business requirements into engaging content.
Key responsibilities: - Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate
- Working with the marketing team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
- Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
- Supervising daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines
- Conceptualise visuals to help communicate complex data and specialised research
- Present creative solutions to senior stakeholders
Key skills/knowledge/experience: - BA in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- 5+ industry years’ relevant experience
- Exceptional creative design skills, with a creative flair and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in motion graphics
- Confident and comfortable pitching your ideas to communicate your concepts to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines
Good to have: - Experience working with Ceros/Drupal is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility principles
- Experience identifying business development opportunities
- Motion graphics
