The Role
We are looking for a Multimedia Specialist with the ability to translate business challenges into high impact engaging experiences that reflect our client’s global brand and market positioning. You will be responsible for creative direction and concepts from brief to delivery. We want to grow the career of someone who can create multichannel solutions capable of telling a story both in digital and traditional formats.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team, supporting creative operations to execute elegant, intentional, editorially relevant designs
  • Develop concepts for multi-channel digital assets and print materials and conduct creative pitches that clearly communicate your ideas
  • Bring concepts to life through animation and motion graphics skills
  • Grow the library of visual assets that help define the brand
  • Be a creative ambassador to other teams across marketing and design, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative output
  • Advise on best practices and emerging trends, providing solutions in line with business requirements
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
  • Degree in multimedia design, visual communications, or a related field  
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of skills and creative flair
  • Exceptional video, animation, and motion graphics
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Expert understanding of design principles demonstrated through effective visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel   
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, a strong sense of urgency with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
Good to have:
  • Experience working in Financial Services industry
  • Ceros experience
