Are you a Financial Accountant interested in joining an innovative, software solutions business dedicated to driving digital transformation in the legal domain?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join our growing team on a fixed term contract. (12 Month FTC) You will focus on financial analysis, reporting, compliance and controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Month-End Financial Reconciliations and Reporting:
Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Management Project Reporting:
Prepare, interpret, and analyze ongoing projects performance and profitability.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making processes.
  • Financial Analysis:
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Compliance and Controls:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements:
  • Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
