Vhi Group Services DAC have a full time permanent vacancy for the role of M365 Lead within Group Technology Change Delivery based in either Dublin or Kilkenny on a hybrid basis. This role requires a dynamic individual with a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, change management skills, and vendor relationship management capabilities. The M365 Workplace Lead for M365 will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and integration of M365 within the insurance company, ultimately enhancing productivity, collaboration, and innovation across the organisation.
The ultimate goal of the M365 workplace lead is to champion the Microsoft M365 suite of products to maximise colleague experience, ensure the product suite operates effectively and efficiently and that Vhi obtains the benefits from the platform investment.
Role purpose
Develop comprehensive understanding of M365 suite and its applications.
Work with various business units to evaluate, plan and deliver the roadmap for all M365 features and applications aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Work with Microsoft and 3rd Party partners to understand and assess the change roadmap for the M365 suite.
Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and working with business champions/teams to explore and utilize advanced features within M365.
Continuously assess market/user research and data to communicate emerging trends and updates to gain opportunity, drive adoption and optimization.
Develop communication plans to articulate the benefits of M365.
Identify and implement training programs that upskill employees on M365 applications to maximize productivity.
Manage any M365 business enhancement requests and work with business units to create justification for the change to help fund/prioritise delivery.
Coordinate customer testing and product launches and supports communications and training.
Engaging with various IT teams to ensure the product is always kept up to date with IT security, IT architecture direction and all IT governance needs.
Cultivate strong relationships with M365 vendors and service providers to ensure alignment with company objectives

Ensure individual support responsibilities matrix is maintained at application level and agreed with relevant IT teams to ensure all aspects of M365 are fully supported.
Incident Management & Co-ordination with both internal/external stakeholders. Central co-ordination point in the event of any production support issues, working with business and technical resources to identify, action, monitor and report on issues.
Develop and manage budgets for M365 implementation, licensing, and ongoing maintenance.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for M365 features and integrations to ensure efficient resource allocation and prioritisation.
Key criteria
Education and Technical knowledge
College degree, Masters preferred.
4 years minimum experience in a Business Analysis or similar role with a strong focus on business engagement introducing new IT products/systems
M365 relevant experience preferably in similar industry
Certified Scrum Lead from an industry certified training centre desired but not essential
Lean certification a plus
Strong understanding and passion for M365 products, including Outlook, Office, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Bookings and Planner.
Familiarity with IT security, architecture, and compliance requirements
