Graduate Development Programme 2025
Our Graduate Development Programme is open to all new and recently qualified graduates, with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework or above and a minimum result of 2:1 (expected or attained).

We are interested in graduates from all disciplines. This includes graduates from:
  • Engineering
  • IT &  Data Analysis
  • Cyber Security
  • Economics
  • Business and Finance
  • General
 
Our general graduate stream is open to all disciplines including physics, biology, mathematics, arts and more.
 
What's in it for you?
  • A two-year programme with three rotations across our business.
    • There is also limited non-rotational graduate roles available. These graduates work within a designated team.
